2D Cartoon portrait cake
Difference between 3D and 2D cake: 3D cakes are designed to look more realistic, while 2D cakes will have a more cartoonized look of your pet.Our portrait cakes are customized to look like your dog/cat. After sending an order form, please send us a photo of your pet that we can use as the design reference for your cake. Please make sure that both ears and the full face are visible in the photo. Kindly describe the colors of your pet's fur and eyes in the order form as the colors of the photo may appear different in our screen.The price range of our face cakes depends on the size of the cake.

Q: Are your cakes safe for dogs/cats/humans? Pwede ba makaon sa iro/iring/tao ang mga cake?Our cakes are safe for pets, and are made with human-grade pet-safe ingredients. They are designed to look like a cake, but they're prepared as a nutritious meal for your pet. It is safe for humans to eat it, but it is not seasoned for human consumption and it will not taste like a dessert.—Q: What are your cakes made of? Unsay ingredients sa inyong cake?
Our cakes come in a variety of flavours: beef, liver, and tuna & pink salmon No artificial flavours or preservatives are added (no salt, sugar, etc.)Beef cakes are made with 90% lean beef with vegetable-based frosting.Liver cakes are made with only beef liver.Tuna & pink salmon cakes are made with a mix of tuna, pink salmon, and rice, also with vegetable-based frosting.If you have any allergy concerns for pets with special diets, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.—Q: Can the cakes be refrigerated? Pwede ba ma-ref ang cake?Yes! If the cake is not consumed immediately, it can be kept in the refrigerator for at most 2-3 days. If refrigerating, please take the cake out of the ref at least one hour before serving to your pet. The cake is best served at room temperature.—Q: What's the best way to serve a PupCakesCDO cake?
Our cakes are best served sliced. Some pets may get overwhelmed by the size of the cake, and slicing it would make it easier for them to eat. Please remove any cake sticks and candles before serving.—Q: Where is your store located? Do you deliver? Meet-up?Our cakes are lovingly baked and prepared in our home in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. We do not accept meet-ups. We do not have a physical store.You may pick up your order at Xavier Estates Phase 4 (exact location will be shared when your order is ready for pick up), or have it delivered.DELIVERY FEE is computed using the Maxim app and delivery fee is to be paid by you, directly to the assigned rider, upon delivery of your order. You may also book the pickup/delivery yourself using any delivery service of your choice. We will provide the exact pick up point/address.—Q: Pwede ma-awat ang nawong sa among iro? For our regular cakes, you can customize the colour of the cake frosting. Sa mga regular cake design, pwede ma customize ang color sa frosting. Just send us a photo of your pet after placing an order so we can use the photo as the design reference. Please view our PupFace info page for samples of our face cakes and info on how to order a face cake.—Q: What are your payment methods? Pwede COD?We only process fully paid orders. We accept payment through GCash, BPI, or Security Bank. You may also send GCash payments through 7-Eleven or Palawan.
We recommend booking a cake early to ensure availability. You can book a cake up to one month in advance. For advance reservations, payment must be made at least 5 days before delivery/pickup to avoid cancellation.All our cakes are made to order, we have onhand cakes in limited designs. Cut-off for next day orders is at 7 PM. For same day orders, please message us on Facebook to inquire about availability.
